Guardian ad Litem

Often, courts use the experience and training of other lawyers to help families in crisis. These lawyers are called Guardians ad Litem, and serve as appointed lawyers to act in the best interest of children. Ms. Heinrich has been through multiple training seminars and has acted as a Guardian ad Litem in all Family Law courts in Campbell, Kenton, and Boone Counties, serving by appointment of all family court judges.
