Following Ms. Dinkel's guilty plea, the Heinrich Firm has filed suit on behalf of the fifteen year old rape victim against Ms. Dinkel, her husband Tom Dinkel, Park Hills Police Chief Ricardo Smith, Covington Catholic Principal Michael Clines, and the Diocese of Covington.

4/07 - Rene Heinrich represents victim of Jeni Lee Dinkel

Rene Heinrich has been retained to represent the victim of Jeni Lee Dinkel, a 51 year old mother of two who has been charged with raping a 15 year old friend of her son's. The Villa Hills police department is completing its two year investigation of Ms. Dinkel, and charges are pending in Kenton County, Kentucky.

11/06 - Rene Heinrich elected to Highland Heights City Council

Rene Heinrich is proud to announce that she has been elected to serve as a council member of Highland Heights City Council. As part of her campaign, Ms. Heinrich pledged to help the City of Highland Heights build a lasting partnership with Northern Kentucky University, as well as discover new avenues for growth and beautification in the City.

08/06 - ComAir Flight 5191 Tragedy

Rene Heinrich has been hired to represent the estate of Judy Rains, a young woman who perished as a result of the crash of ComAir flight 5191 on August 27, 2006. The flightwas scheduled to leave Lexington's Bluegrass Airport just after 6:00 am when it crashed killing 49 of the 50 passengers and crew on board. Preliminary investigations have revealed that the flight took off from the wrong runway which was unlit andwas much shorter than the Bombardier jet required for take-off. Ms. Heinrich will co-counsel this case with her former firm, the Donovan Law Office of Cincinnati, Ohio and The Clifford Law Offices of Chicago, Illinois.
