The Heinrich Firm is owned by Rene Heinrich. Rene is a 2000 Graduate from the Chase College of Law and she has been practicing in the courts of Kentucky for over 7 years. She is accepting new clients currently for divorce/child support/custody issues, adoptions, personal injury, simple wills and trusts, and small to medium-sized business advising.

As part of her family law practice, Rene's passion lies with the protection of children. Having served as a Court-appointed Guardian ad Litem in over two hundred cases in Campbell, Kenton, and Boone Counties, Rene is trained to handle complexities involving children.

As a child of divorce and a stepmother, Rene also has the personal knowledge and experience to help families through difficult times.

A member of the Highland Heights City Council, Rene is dedicated to serving her community. Previously, she served the City on the Planning and Zoning Board and the Board of Adjustments.

Rene also sits on the Board of Camp Horsin' Around (a charitable organization dedicated to offering handicapped-accessible camp facilities to children with life-threatening diseases and disabilities), and The Elizabeth Lulu Foundation (a Los Angeles-based organization founded in memory of Elizabeth Lulu, who died a child victim of cystic fibrosis).

In Northern Kentucky, she volunteers her time with the Yearlings, the Komen Breast Cancer Race for the Cure, Chicks and Chucks, the Children's Law Center, and other local organizations.
